If you need to return an item
Returns and Exchanges
You can return all purchased items within 90 days of delivery, provided that they are new and unopened. Please note that all returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Furthermore, shipping, handling, import and return expenses cannot be refunded. To return an item, please contact us on sales@spagajewelers.com for the return instructions. Kindly adhere strictly to the return instructions as otherwise, we will not be able to issue your refund.
